The newly appointed Special Assistant to the Governor of Ogun State on Youth Affairs, Olamide Lawal, has promised the youths in Ogun State better representation while in office.

He made the promise at the APC state secretariat in Abeokuta where he addressed members of the APC Youths League shortly after his appointment.

Speaking about the challenges that may arise as a result of poor representation suffered by the youth population of the state by past governments, Lawal lamented the rate at which many youths have suffered neglect from previous representatives, saying that his time in office will be different from the norm.

Lawal, who is also the state coordinator of the APC Youths League in Ogun State tasked the youths to support his ideas and vision, adding that their support is needed to achieve the sustainable feat in office.

He thanked all youths in the state for being a part of the success of this administration, while assuring them of the Governor Abiodun's commitment to growth and development of Ogun State.
