The Managing Director of the Everest Metal Nigeria Limited, Vikas Das has felicitated with Muslims accross the nation on the occasion of the  Eid-el-Kabir celebration.

In his message, Das described El-el-Kabir as a season of love, peace, friendship and sacrifice, urged all Nigerians to embrace religious tolerance which will promote peace across the country and enhance national development.


The Managing Director urged Muslims to emulate the Holy Prophet Mohammed by imbibing the ideals of sacrifice exemplified by the Prophet.

According to him "As we observe this great day, may all our ibadah (worship) be accepted by Allah.

He therefore beseech all staff and the factory workers to use this period to pray for the success and progress of the great factory called "Everest Metal".

Das also charged  the people of Ogun State especially the good people of Ogijo Community to ensure that they celebrate Sallah with all sense of moderation and simplicity.

He urged Muslim faithful to reflect on the significance Eid el-Kabir Sallah and also, pray for total end on the Covid-19 global pandemic affecting the whole World.

The managing director explained that the prayers of Muslims, alongside that of Christians, have had profound effect on the relative stability being enjoyed in the country over the years advising them to continue praying for the betterment of the nation.

Everest Metal Boss also stressed that Islam places emphasis on brotherliness and help for the less privileged, hence the need for all adherents to imbibe such virtues, he called on Muslims to be tolerant and continue to work for peace and unity of the country.
