Hon Fatokun Empowers Akinyele youths with Equipment worth millions of naira

The member Oyo State House of Assembly, representing the good people of Akinyele Constituency I, Hon. Ayotunde Fatokun has empowered youths in his constituency after their successful graduation in a rigorous 3 months training.

No fewer than 150 youths were trained by experts at Basic Stage for 2 weeks
in Photography, Videography, Event Decoration and Fabric and Embellishment.

Thirty (30) best students with highest mark from the assessment at Basic Stage Skills graduated to Advanced Stage Skill.

At Advanced Stage Skill, the training was intensified by experts in each field of the empowerment scheme so that beneficiaries can posses necessary skills upon graduation.

The thirty (30) beneficiaries were trained for 3 months with extensive field works, practicals and how to become clients’ favourite.

Upon completion of the training Hon. Fatokun empowered the graduating students with working tools in their respective field at an event held at Award Hall, Akinyele Local Government Secretariat, Moniya.

The successful beneficiaries under
Photography got Cameras,camera bags, memory cards and other tools.

Those in the Event Decoration category got decorating materials like fabrics,balloons, ribbon,lights and balloon pump while the beneficiaries under Fabric Embellishment got stoning machine.

Aside the trained students, Hon. Fatokun also empowered other youths from his constituency where those that learn fashion designers got sewing machines,
barbers got clippers and hairdressers got hair dryers.

Items procured by the vibrant lawmaker were 10 cameras, 8 fabric embellishment, 7 sewing machines, 8 clippers, 3 hair dryers and others.

At the end of the empowerment programme, beneficiaries thanked Hon. Fatokun for the gesture.

This came two months after Hon. Fatokun facilitated borehole project to some of the communities in his constituency.
