Ogunpola Felicitates With Abeokuta North Chairman, Tella Over Projects Commissioning

The Coordinator, Dapo Abiodun Likeminds (DALM) in Abeokuta North local government, Mr. Akinyele Ogunpola has commended the Caretaker Chairman of the council area, Hon. Tunde Tella for the achievements recorded in the last eight months.

Ogunpola in a press statement on Thursday said the projects facilitated by the council chairman was a testimony to his leadership quality. 

He expressed confidence that, the projects would go along way in ameliorating the suffering of the masses, calling on other local governments to emulate the council boss. 

"What we are witnessing in Abeokuta North local government is a manifestation of promise made, promise kept by the council chairman, Prince Tunde Tella. 

"Prince Tella has proven to be a good leader with administrative quality to lead the people at a bigger capacity if given the opportunity. 

"I'm sure this projects to be commissioned today across the council area will reduce the stress of the people in getting dividends of democracy."

Tella who was appointed January, 2020 on Thursday commission some major projects facilitated by his administration within the local government area of Ogun state.

The major projects to be commissioned are; the construction of VIP toilet at Elega market, Resuscitation of borehole and provision of water treatment plant, Isaga Orile, drilling of borehole at Ilugun Orile, provision of alternative power supply through solar panel/inverter system at administrative building of the local government secretariat. 

Others are drilling of borehole at Ibara Orile, drilling of Borehole at Agbo Afoju, Sabo, drilling of borehole at Abule Olomore, provision of alternative power supply through solar panel/inverter system at Iberekodo health centre, Iberekodo primary health centre, repairs of local government bus, refurbishing of the engine and general repairs of the local government grader and grading of roads completed and ongoing in council area.
