Ogun ZLP Chairmanship candidate, Saheed Passes Good-Will Message To Electorates At Campaign

Foremost Chairmanship candidate in Abeokuta North Local Government, ANLG, under the Zenith Labour Party, ZLP, Hon. Bankole Adewale Saheed, has embarked on a challenging political-campaign rally within the local government area to pass his good-will messages to electorates ahead of the forthcoming council elections in Ogun state, leadnewsng.com reports.

Hon. Bankole’s campaign rally, which was briefly streamed live over the weekend on his facebook account; “Bankole Adewale” was conducted in a loud but peaceful manner, alongside various group of supporters, political stakeholders, friends and well-wishers.

During the rally, jubilant crowd danced to drumming and loud music in convoy, while the State Party Chairman of the ZLP, Comrade Boyede Ijaduoye read the party’s manifesto to the electorates, noting that the rally was “a clarion call to free the people of Abeokuta North local government from APC slavery”.

“We are out today, to canvass supporters and voters for our capable son of the soil, Hon. Bankole Adewale Saheed to be the next Chairman of Abeokuta North local government in the coming council elections”, Comrade Ijaduoye said.

“As we can all see, the selfishness of the ruling party is second to none. The ruling party, APC is planning to enslave the good people of Abeokuta North by imposing someone of no traceable source of income as their Chairmanship candidate to come and exploit our resources and run away with our had earned wealth”, Ijaduoye added.

“I believe that we now know their intention, and the only way out is to deny them, and support Zenith Labour Party. Let us vote Hon. Bankole Adewale Saheed as the next Chairman of Abeokuta North local government and all the Councillorship Candidates under ZLP in the coming local government elections in order to set us free from APC slavery”, the party chairman concluded.

However, Hon. Bankole also vowed to defeat the APC candidate in the coming local government poll, adding that, when he eventually emerge, “the plights of the good people of Abeokuta North will surely be attended to, and no stone will be left unturned”.
