Olumide Jones Free Eye Project, Odeda LG To Benefit From Third Phase

The Cordinator of OLUMIDE JONES Eye project has opened up on the next phase of the project.

He made this revelation on a phone conversation with our correspondence in Abeokuta.

He said that the project team will be moving it's next phase of the project to Odeda LG in Ogun Central Senatorial district of Ogun state.

He also confirmed that it is going to be a great joy for the people of the area as many calls have been received ever since the news was broken.

The enthusiasm of the people in the area whenever their representative calls is second to none, as the news brings about some sort of joy; because they have not witnessed such over a long period of time and have felt neglected.

Having heard about all that had been done in previous outings in Abeokuta South and North and Ewekoro, Odeda LG People are earnestly waiting to recieve the team.

The ground work and preparation has already started, we are hopeful that the 28th of October 2021 will be feasible for the program, he said.

You recall that OLUMIDE JONES Eye project has given out close to 5000 free glasses and drugs ever since the project started,and over 400 People are in line for free Cataract operation.

Meanwhile,the first and second phase of the free Operation has been carried out where almost 100 People has already benefited from the free surgeries.

He also noted that the program will be replicated in all the six Local Governments, within the Senatorial district before it rounds up.
