Niyas Bags Two Awards In One Month

 A former Councillorship Aspirant for Ward 16 in Abeokuta North Local Government Engr. Shokunle Afeez popularly known as (Niyas) has been conferred with Ogun Award for integrity in governance.

The two awards were conferred on him by the Ogun Achievers Award and the Glow Awards 2021 respectively in recognition of his commitment to excellence and his drive for quality governance in the state.

The two awards, Ogun Award for integrity in governance and Outstanding Public figure of the year were all presented to him in one month.

The organizers in their separate remarks stated that the award was conferred on Niyas because he merited it after their assessment and report on his activities and impact made in the state.

In his acceptance, Niyas thanked Almighty Allah for making him to witnessed the day, also expressed gratitude for the honour.

He said he will continue to give back to his community as one of the best thing he loves doing.

According to him "I am very delighted to stand to receive the honour, i must be sincere, God has been good to me and it is the covenant between me and God that I will not stop being generous to the people."

"The award was conferred on me based on my commitment to excellence and I promised to continue to be good ambassador to human development.

He therefore dedicated the award to Almighty Allah, family and the entire APC members in the state, especially Abeokuta North Local Government.
