Easter Celebration: Ogun Central Senatorial Aspirant, Olumide Jones Preaches Love, Peace

Ogun Central Senatorial hopeful under the platform of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Hon. Olumide Jones has urged Nigerians to show love to one another and allow peaceful co-existence among each other in this celebration of Easter.

In his Easter congratulatory message, Hon. Jones said the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ preaches only one thing and that is love.

"If God himself can show us love,then it's duty of everyone of us to show love to ourselves irrespective of whom we are and where we belong."

He further said that this is the time we need to show love more in this country, especially now that the country is passing through trying times.

The only way to appreciate the death and resurrection of Christ is to show love to the people around us and try to live in peace with everyone he said.

Hon olumide Jones also said that Nigerians should be thankful to God and be hopeful for better days ahead.

He now prayed that more years will be witnessed on earth.
