The Alake and Paramount Ruler of Egba land, Oba Adedotun Gbadebo has called for creativity among business owners in order to attract investors and boost sales.


Oba Gbadebo gave the advice at the launch of Unique Kitchen and Events on Saturday in Mowe, Ogun.


The Oba who was represented by one of his Chiefs,  Wole Odekunle, the Bada Asoju Oba of Egbaland, said that business owners should harness every available opportunity to boost their business.


He urged them to be creative, innovative, proactive and be hardworking, noting that at the end of it all hard work pays.


According to him, creativity increases productivity and combat stagnation in the business. 


"I can attest to the fact that Unique Kitchen and Events is known for their professionalism.


"The CEO, Mrs Omolayo Adebisi who is a caterer and a business owner has proven beyond doubt what it means to be a professional. 


"She has been the sole caterer at the Lagos City Club, Ikoyi and never disappoints at what she does.


Also speaking, Mr Erioluwa Adura, the Customer Experience Manager, noted that the idea behind the establishment of Unique Kitchen and Events was to bring cultural ambience to the environment.


 “Unique kitchen and Event is created to satisfy the demands of the need of high-quality meals for distinguished individuals and corporate organisations that understand and appreciate homely and hygienically prepared meals.


"The main focus is the area of alternate bulk meals for families, individuals, and professional/social group engagement that can be shared among guests ," he said.


Adebisi encouraged the youths not to be idle  but to empower themselves economically by diversifying into other areas of legitimate business aside career profession in order to make ends meet.


She commended the paramount ruler for encouraging and supporting business owners.


Adebisi urged the state government to put more efforts in empowering the people especially women and youths, adding that times are hard for the people economically.


Among dignitaries who graced the event are, the chairman of All Progressives Congress (APC), Eti-Osa Local Government Area, Mr Gboyega Adeleke  and Mr Jide Awotedu, the Chairman, JayDee Farms Limited.
