Pelican-Valley Mulls Rapid Expansion in Ogun, Launches New Estates

Pelican-Valley Nigeria Limited, a real estate investment and development firm, says is taking advantage of rapid expansion of developments in Ogun State as it launches two estates -  Pelican's Ecostay Smart Apartments and Pelican's Greenish Acres Farm Estate. 

The launching took place on Sunday at the Pelican-Valley estate site located in Kobape, Obafemi Owode local government in Ogun State. 
Speaking at the event, the founder and CEO of Pelican-Valley estate, Dr Babatunde Adeyemo appreciated God for the success recorded so far in real estate journey.
Dr. Adeyemo hinted that the journey started at Pelican-Valley Estate in Laderin,describing his case like a rejected stone which later turned to corner stone. 


He explained that  Presently, Pelican-Valley Nigeria Limited have birthed Pelican Brief Estate, Kobape, Pelican's Ecostay Apartments, Kobape, Pelicans Greenish acres Estate, Kobape and  about 1,000 investors have keyed into the project.

The CEO who equally appreciated his customers said the Pelican's Ecostay Apartments project is a deliberate move to ignite the socio-economic activities of not only this estate, but the Kobape community and Ogun State at large.

According to him "So many of us may not know that we started the journey of Pelican Brief, not here, but in Laderin, where God used us to turn what seemed  like a rejected stone into a corner stone.  What we have done in terms of landscape in Pelican Valley Estate Laderin can only be seen in our Estate."

"Today , our company's goodwill and  hard work effortlessly delivered this Kobape project for us."

"Pelican  Brief Estate, Kobape is two years old, and we are commemorating this special occasion with the launching of two estates -  Pelican's Ecostay Smart Apartments and Pelican's Greenish Acres Farm Estate"

Speaking at the event, HRM Alayeluwa Oba Rotimi Oluseye Mulero who was represented by chief Leke Olakunle commanded positive effort of the Pelican-Brief Estate, while praying that the sky is just the beginning for the pelican brief. 

He encouraged the youth to emulate good people's work while narrating that Dr Adeyomo was a man who works hard and his hands become gold.
