A real estate professional and Group Managing Director of GText Holdings, Dr Stephen Akintayo, has emphasized the need for Nigerians to always portray the country in a good light to attract the right kind of investments for economic growth.

Akintayo, gave the advice on Saturday, at the launch of the company's latest estate 'Sardus Creek' in Ogudu in the heart of Lagos mainland under Kosofe Local Government Area.

He explained that selling the many good sides of the country was important to shore up investors confidence in the country, thereby adding value and development to the nation.

He added that after projecting the country positively for investments, more jobs would be created, standard of living would improve and other dynamics to lift people out of poverty would happen.

"I am appealing to all of you to start telling the good side of Nigeria as nobody will develop this country for you and l.
"When we talk of "Japa" those traveling will always be second citizens to the countries they are running to and moreover, 200 million Nigerians cannot relocate.

"So we have to figure out a way to make this nation work for our benefits," he said.
According to him, the new property, which comes weeks after the company launched Jasper Estate, Isheri is in line with their vision for green and smart homes.

He said the project would employ not less than 500 people and by so doing, the company was contributing its quota to the economic development of the country.
Akintayo, however, urged the government to continually create a more conducive environment for businesses across all sectors to thrive.

"When you buy land from us, we are committed to building it to your taste, providing security and ensuring that you get a smart home in line with current evolving technologies and climate change.
"We also have a development that converts all the waste into gas for cooking and other necessities," he said.

Mrs Toyin Lawani, Celebrity Stylist, bemoaning issues in the property sector, commended Gtext Homes for its credibility over the years.

She said the commendation was based on the fact that the property; was available for immediate allocation immediately after payment is confirmed.

“The problem a lot of young landlords have in Nigeria is allocation.

"I know a lot about the business of property buying and selling and the major problem so far is allocation.

"Everyone is afraid to buy land when it comes to flooding but when it comes to Gtext Homes, they are particular about making sure there is a proper drainage system and also that your building is properly structured.

"These days, it is important that you check where you are putting your money into that is safe, safety is first, put your family first in anything that you do.

"That assurance is what Gtext Homes gives,” the fashion entrepreneur added.
A Socialite, Mike Nwogu, also known as Pretty Mike, added that the new estate, would be a replica of great standards found only in developed countries.

Nwogu who noted that it was not possible for 200 million people to japa expressed hope that Nigeria will definitely be better again.

He, therefore urged everyone to join hands together to make Nigeria great again.
"It's great partnering with Gtext Real Estate Company with integrity and difference.

"I applaud the company for the developments it brings to the community and the value it adds to the people of the particular area and being part of an innovative project is a thing of joy for me.

"We are with a company that is highly credible. If you go to their Instagram or YouTube page, you will see other things they have done. It is not a new company that is just starting, they have a reputable track record, which is very important.
"Integrity is very important in everything we are doing especially in a country and environment like ours where it is difficult to come by.

"GText is a company that has a very good track record, if they don’t, I won’t be here. A mini Dubai is coming here," he said.
