Assembly Ticket: Hon Osho vs Adeleye, Supreme Court To Give Judgement February 24

The Supreme Court on Thursday fixed February 24 to deliver judgement in a legal battle between the incumbent member of Ogun House of Assembly, Hon. Solomon Osho and Hon. Biyi Adeleye.

Hon. Osho, a lawmaker representing Remo North State Constituency currently in a loggerhead with Hon. Biyi Adeleye to reclaim his candidacy as the authentic candidate for APC in the forthcoming 2023 House of Assembly Election.

Today at the Supreme Court, the Court reserves Judgement till 24th, February, 2023 in suit NO.SC/CV/09/2023 & NO.SC/CV/07/2023.
