Ogun PDP New Generation Warns APC Against Blackmail 

Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) New Generation has warned the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) to desist from blackmailing the PDP gubernatorial candidate Hon. Ladi Adebutu adding that the party would defend and challenge the mandate bestowed on Adebutu by the electorate at the Tribunal. 

The group at the executive meeting held at Ifo Local Government Area of Ogun State said APC under the leadership of Prince Dapo Abiodun should face the Tribunal rather than chasing the shadow and looking for excuses where non exist.

PDP New Generation, state Cordinator Arc Sodeinde Daniel alleged APC of blackmailing the state PDP to score some political point especially when it has exhausted all means to stop the party candidate to reclaim his mandate at the last Gubernatorial Elections.

Arc Sodeinde who expressed worried said "Its surprising that the APC can stood so low to ridicule the Adebutu dynasty who has been known for Empowering the less privileged in the state over years.

The state Cordinator explained that that the said card which was alleged to be used for vote buying has been in public domain before and after the Elections, adding that less privileged people that are memebers of the party are still enjoying the gesture. 

He therefore appealed to security agencies and media houses to shun the Vote buying claim of APC but rather ask then to defend the stolen Mandate in the court.

On his parts, Ogun state Youth leader of the group Mr Sesi said that the Adebutu dynasty has known for Empowering people over years, and hardly you will see a community that has not benefitted from the scheme. 

"We are surprised to hear that some section of the media are been paid to score political point by defaming the already built name of the Adebutu family"

:For record purpose,the said Empowerment has been ongoing before the Elections and still continue after the Elections.", the youth leaders said.
