OAP, Daddy Freeze Leaves Cool FM After 20 Years

Popular On-Air Personality, Ifedayo Olarinde popularly known as Daddy Freeze has announced his exit from Cool Fm.



Freeze started his radio career in 1996 with the Broadcasting Corporation of Oyo State (BCOS), Ibadan and later joined Cool FM in 2001 working in radio presenting, television and general entertainment. Known for his controversial statements and opinions on certain topics, Freeze has made a name for himself in the entertainment industry and now it appears he would be moving on to something much greater.

The talk show host took to his Instagram page to share a video of himself making the revelation that he would be leaving the radio station after 20 years. He also added that he has a big announcement coming soon. He wrote: ‘I’m leaving Coolfm…Hi guys, after 20 years on @coolfmlagos the time has come to say goodbye. I would miss you all… BIG announcement coming soon. DaddyFreeze #FreeTheSheeple #ThisYearGoRuggedO”
