Social media agog on reported Hushpuppi Arrest in Dubai

There is confusion over whether Nigeria billionaire social media celebrity was arrested in Dubai by Interpol.

Unconfirmed report on social media alleged that Hushpuppi was arrested in Dubai and handed over to the EFCC.

But EFCC spokesperson in Lagos, Wale Oyewale told the Nation that the commission has no such information at the moment.

Hushpuppi and Woodberry were on Wednesday trending on Twitter and Instagram over the unconfirmed report of the arrest.
