50 Youths Graduate From YAF Vocational Free Training In Ogun




No fewer than 50 participants in the first batch of the Yusuf Adejojo Foundation (YAF) vocational free training have been presented certificates for completion of their training



The vocational training empowerment programme was sponsored by the lawmaker representing Abeokuta South 1 at the Ogun State House of Assembly, Hon. Yusuf Temitope Adejojo.



The graduands who were drawn from Abeokuta South local government were trained on make-up, Ankara craft, Cake baking, Bead making, Soap making and many more.



It was reported that  the training scheme began first week of August, 2020 in the first batch, while the second batch would commence in no distant future.



The participants were however, presented their certificates in a small gathering ceremony due to covid-19 regulations.



Speaking at the presentation of certificates, Hon. Adejojo who was represented by Mr. Oluwakayode Fadahunsi, advised the participants to further develop themselves in their various specialisations.


Adejojo urged them not to limit themselves to what they have been taught, but seek more advance training and sustain the skills by becoming employers of labour.

He therefore, congratulated them on being the pioneer beneficiaries of the empowerment programme and wish them well in the future endeavours.
