Pelican-Brief Estate Remains Only Estate With Necessary Documents As An Estate, Says Ogun Govt


Commissioner for Physical Planning and Urban Development, Town Planner, Kayode Odunlami, says CEO, Pelican-Brief Estate, Tunde Adeyemo is the first developer to get total approval from the state Government.

He therefore encourages anyone who is interested in buying a plot of land to patronise them without any doubt of been scammed.

The commissioner in his statement during the official opening of Pelican-Brief estate, Kobape, Abeokuta, says that 98% of developers in the state do not go through the right process which is causing a lot of problems in the state.

He says the government is doing all necessary to create an enabling environment for private companies, in order for the Private-Public partnership initiative of the government to strive. Stating that Pelican-Brief has supported the government to further realise such agenda.

He calls on other land advertisers and developers to ensure they get government approval, thereby encouraging Mr. Tunde to do more.

The commissioner assures of the state government’s support and recognition of the project, saying that Tunde Adeyemo met all the requirements needed to develop the estate which makes him a diligent and persistent personality.

He also uses the opportunity to reinstate Dapo Abiodun’s commitment to affordable housing in the state saying the development has begun.

Pelican-Brief, Boss himself, Tunde Adeyemo, in his address says it took a lot of diligence to discover the location of the estate. He says they are Igniting a smart city at the location.

The Electrification and construction of basic amenities is in progress to provide an enabling environment to estate companies to Foster.

Mr. Tunde therefore assures that they add values to their customers by making them ambassadors after their patronage###
