Majekodunmi Calls For peace, Unity and Love At Sallah

An All Progressives Congress, APC,   chairmanship candidate Abeokuta South Local Government, Omolaja  Majekodunmi has extended his heartfelt greetings to Muslims in Nigeria and around the world as they celebrate Sallah today.

 Majekodunmi In a statement personally signed by him described Eid El-fitri  is a festival characterized by charitable giving; generous hospitality; and spending time with family, friends and neighbours.

While congratulating the Muslim Ummah, Majekodunmi  noted that the values of generosity, forgiveness and compassion, which are celebrated during Eid, are ones which should be valued and upheld across the state and the rest of the world.

He also used the medium to appreciate the people of Abeokuta South Local Government for their unflinching support and love, calling on them to come out in en-mass on Saturday and vote for him.

 “On the auspicious occasion of Eid-ul-Fitr, I extend warm greetings and good wishes to the people of Abeokuta South Local Government and  Ogun state generally and Nigeria at large, particularly to my Muslim brothers and sisters within and in the diaspora.” we appreciate the  people of Ogun State for supporting the current administration led by Prince Dapo Abiodun, we are also calling on them to continue to support the current  administration'' He concluded

“As we celebrate this day, I hope that the festival with its tradition of giving and sharing enriches our lives with a spirit of brotherhood and empathy for the deprived,” 

”May this auspicious day strengthen the bond of peace, unity and brotherhood across our nation,” he said.
