Hon. Jones Again Gives Out Free Eye Test, Glasses To Over 1200 Ewekoro LG Residents

No fewer than 1,200 residents in Itori, Ewekoro local government area of Ogun State are being treated free of charge eyes related diseases organizes by a Chieftain in the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), in the State Hon. Olumide Jones.

The program started at 9am in the morning with people from ITORI, papa, Awowo and other neighboring towns. The turn out to the venue was massive.

The men ,women and children were not left out as they all came out in their numbers for the free Eye tests, with over 1200 drugs and glasses given out to the beneficiaries.

Also, over a 100 people are expected to go on Cataract surgeries which is expected to be carried out next month.

It would be recalled that Hon. JONES had carried out similar project in Abeokuta South and North in August 2021 where over 3000 people benefitted from Free Eye tests and over 200 Cataract operations were carried out.

Meanwhile,the project is still ongoing, as the 6 local government areas of ogun central will be covered.
