Real Estate Company, IAS Presents Toyota Car To Raffle Draw Winner

A man identified as Taiwo Salami has emerged the winner of a Toyota Muscle giving by IAS Unique Homes and Properties during a raffle draw held at the grand opening of its new estate, King's City.
The man who was full of excitement and shock when his ticket number was called could not hide his joy as the real estate company handed him the key of the car.
Salam with tears revealed that the plot of land he bought at a cost of N100, 000 won him the Toyota Muscle during the raffle draw.
Salam who expressed shock over his win, noted that he did not know how to drive or own a car.
He added, "I heard the programme on Sweet FM. I did not have house here, but I have a house at Redeemer
"I bought land which cost N100, 000. I almost leave here because time has gone. I just change my mind all of a sudden.
"I don't have car, and I don't know how to drive.
"When I first heard about the land, I did not listen to the full advert. It was my wife that told me about the promo; I told her that if the motor is for me, I am going to win it. Today is a day of joy for me."
Another lucky winner is Toyin Poopola who won a Toyota Big Daddy during the raffle draw.
Poopola with joy and anxiety said he bought a farmland of one and half acre from First January, a subsidiary company of IAS.

"I was happy and overwhelmed. I was told in the church that I will see something huge today. I don't know how to drive, but I am so excited.

Earlier in his remarks, the Chief Executive Officer of IAS, Prince Ayobami Adelani said the estate company is giving out two cars so as to fulfill the promised made a year ago.
Adelani fondly called Obapedepede noted that the company will continue to give out gifts to appreciate customers.
Speaking on the new estate, the IAS CEO said King's City is an estate that comes with all the social amenities like good road network, electricity, security, among others.
He added that the new estate is 66 plots with interlock, drainage and security post.
He said, "We made the promised last year, it was not convenient, but we have to fulfill our promise.
"We started this place in September 1st. We have done interlock, we have 66 plots.
"We did drainage, and we have security house to ensure security of lives and properties."
Other gifts won by luck customers include; standing fan, electric cooker, toasting machine, among others.
The King's City was however commissioned by the Olu of Itori, Oba Abdulfatiah Akamo.
