Ogun PDP Chairman pays homage to Olowu-elect, Oba Saka Matemilola

Shortly after featuring on a live talk-show on Fresh 107.9 FM Abeokuta, the Ogun state Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Hon. Sikirullah Ogundele proceeded to the palace of Olowu of Owu to felicitate with Oba Saka Matemilola, the Olowu of Owu-elect.
Oba Saka Matemilola, who is currently undergoing a mandatory seclusion (Ipebi) was accompanied by chiefs and traditionalists to receive Hon. Ogundele amidst funfair and glamour from sons and daughters of Owu.
After exchanging pleasantries, the PDP Chairman and Oba Saka went in closed door with some prominent chiefs, which lasted for hours.
Saka emerged as the new Olowu of Owu Kingdom on July 31, 2022 and replaced Oba Adegboyega Dosunmu who answered the call of his ancestors in December 2021 after a brief illness.
