Court Strikes Out Hon. Adebiyi Suit Against Ogun Lawmaker, Osho

A Federal High Court Sitting in Abeokuta, on Thursday struck out a case filed by Hon. Biyi Adeleye calling  for the nullification of Ogun State House of Assembly lawmaker, representing Remo North State Constituency,Hon. Solomon Osho, as candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the 2023 general elections. 

Delivering judgement today, Justice Majekodunmi of Court 5, struck it out for “Lack of Merit and wants of Prosecution”

It would be recalled that Hon. Adebiyi had earlier filed a case against the lawmaker last month that he should be disqualified as APC Remo North Candidate allegeding that he is not a financial Member of the party.

At the end, a sum of 50,000 was also awarded against Hon. Biyi Adeleye.
