Gov. Abiodun Gets Second Term Endorsement from Farmers

Farmers in the 20 local governments areas of  Ogun  State have unanimously endorsed Prince Dapo Abiodun for a second term in office.

Endorsing the governor at the cultural center, Kuto Abeokuta the group Farmers4Progress led by Princess Soyebi presented award of excellence to the Governor to appreciate him for his  great support for the farmers since his assumption into office.

Senior Special Assistant to the  Governor, Dr. Angel Adelaja-Kuye explained that the four years in office of Governor Abiodun represented a remarkable period in the lives of Ogun State farmers and expressed the hope that the governor would be re-elected to enable him complete the great work he had started in the state.

The National Vice President, All Farmers Association of Nigeria (AFAN), Prince Dasaolu, accompanied by the State Chairman AFAN, Alhaja Kushimo, State Secrectary for Farmers4Progress, Princess Soyebi, and all farmer commodity groups promised that the farmers in Ogun State are fully in support of the re-election bid of the Governor, adding that they will come out in their large numbers on March 18 to vote massively for Governor Abiodun.

The SSA to the Governor also called on farmers to come out massively and vote the incumbent governor of Ogun State, Prince Dapo Abiodun, for second term, on Saturday.

Also Adebanjo Olatunji Samuel, who is a lead farmer in Ogun State submitted that the Governor of the State must return because the farmers are really enjoying him for his good deeds

Addressing the farmers at the heavily attended ceremony, Governor Abiodun thanked the farmers for finding him worthy of such a great honour, promising not to disappoint them if elected.
