Lara Dende Becomes Fellow Member of IBDFM

Mrs Omolara Egungbohun, wife of a seasoned businessman and hospitality guru, Alhaji Ibrahim Dende Egungbohun has been decorated as a Fellow of the Institute of Business Diplomacy and Financial Management (IBDFM) for her unquantifiable contributions to the growth of the financial institute.
The investiture and induction ceremony took place on Saturday at the Green Minds Hotel, Utako Abuja.

Other individuals who were decorated included Professor Uche Uwaleke, Dr. Charles Sylvester Emukowate, Mr. Ajunwa Callistus Obotu, Rev. Fr. Lt. Col. Martins Oyewole Awoyinka, Barr. Shola Gabriel among others.  
The event was compered by the IBDFM President and Chairman of Council, Dr. Gado Shehu and the keynote speaker who spoke on the theme "CYBERSECURITY ESSENTIALS FOR BUSINESS AND FINANCE PROFESSIONALS"

In his opening speech, IBDFM President, Dr. Gado Shehu explained that the institute unanimously chose some individuals who have satisfied all the requirements of the Institute for induction, and the choice is because of their dedication and commitment.

While thanking the institution for finding her worthy of the fellowship, Mrs Egungbohun maintained that she sees the fellowship award and membership certificate not as an accolade but something that would spur her to do more for humanity.

"I feel so much obliged to thank the Institute of Business Diplomacy and Financial Management for the honour and I pray that we work assiduously to ensure that the objectives for which the institute was established are actualized."

"I dedicate this honour to my mentor, lawyer Ademola HOD account department FPI , my mother, my sister, my support system, Dr. Layo Abiola , My brother and P.A Dr. lekan Abiola.

Special appreciation also goes to my husband, Alhaji Ibrahim Dende, the son of Egungbohun who has been my backbone in achieving the success of this honour and my God’s gift, children, Akeem and Amyra, their motivation, support and prayers toward my educational career can never be underestimated.
