Ex-Reps Deputy Minority Whips, Adekoya to become Grand Commander of the Order of Ostrich (GCOO)

The former house of representatives deputy minority whips, Rt. Hon. Adesegun Abdel—Majid Adekoya is set to be conferred with Grand Commander of The Order of Ostrich, (GCOO) of Ijebu—Ode club in Ogun state. 


Attacker as he is fondly called is the member house of representatives, Ijebu East, Ijebu North and Ogun Waterside for two term under the platform of People's Democratic Party PDP. 


Ijebu—Ode Club was founded in 1921 by well-meaning indigenous sons of Ijebuland to promote relationship between the sons and daughters of the soil. 


The conferment ceremony shall be holding on Friday 11th of August, 2023 at the club house in Ijebu—Ode in Ogun state. 


Recently, Rt. Hon. Adesegun Abdel-Majid Adekoya was installed as Saraki—Adinni by the Muslim community in Ago—Iwoye, Ogun East based on his unrelenting efforts to mould the people of his constituency irregardless of age and belief. 


He is a man of many chieftancy titles and honorary awards during his meritorious service to his people during his political sojourn in Nigeria.
