Part of Governor Abiodun policy of inclusiveness included the choice of Mr. Wale Edun (Ogun Central) Dr. Salako (Ogun West) and Bosun Tijani (Ogun East) all are ministerial nominees from Ogun State.

The forum also congratulated Dr. Salako on his successful screening as minister in the administration of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

This was contained in a statement issued by the Chairman, Ms Sade Sobanjo-Etti and made available to journalists through the group spokesperson, Damilare Oloyede.

Dr Kunle Salako is a reputable politician from Ogun West who had in the recent past served as Commissioner for Agriculture, Housing as well as Health in the State.

It would be recalled that President Tinubu included Salako’s name in the second ministerial list he forwarded to the Senate.

Sobanjo-Etti said the choice of Dr. Salako in the esteemed cabinet of President Tinubu was highly commendable and well-deserved.

The statement also commiserated with Sen. Solomon Adeola, the Ogun West Senator, over the gruesome murder of his aide, Adeniyi Sanni, on Saturday at the Oshodi area of Lagos State praying that God grant him, the family especially the wife of the deceased fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.
