Fagbayi Vows To Make Ogun Tourism Viable 


The new Commissioner for Culture and Tourism, in Ogun State, Hon. Oluwasesan Fagbayi has expressed his readiness to ensure that the State tourism sector witness a new era of development.

Hon. Fagbayi made this known while inspecting offices and facilities in the ministry when he assumed duties on Monday. 

The Commissioner visited the Old Governor's Office at Okelewo, Cultural Center at Kuto and Olumo-Rock complex in Abeokuta, the state capital.
He affirmed that under his watch, the Ministry would take drastic measures to rejuvenate the tourism and entertainment industry in the state.
Hon. Fagbayi revealed the main purpose of his visit was to meet with the staffs and to know what is needed to be done in terms of projects that will promote and bring development to the place and the state at large. 
According to him, "The monitoring of projects and assessment tour of facilities will be a continuous exercise to ensure prompt delivery of assigned projects and it will also helps the ministry to get a good understanding of how they carry out their operations". 

Hon. Fagbayi also commended the state Governor, Prince Dapo for making the state, more safe and for providing enabling environment through friendly business laws, saying it translate into more economic dividend for our dear state.

He said no doubt, his new portfolio as a Commissioner for Culture and Tourism will contribute positively to the development of the state.
