EFCC beam search light in Abuja property company, Wisdom Kwati Smart City


The Economic Financial Corrupt Commission (EFCC) has again beamed its anti corruption search light on the real estate sector in Abuja, the capital city of Nigeria.

The real estate sector which according to many investors and clients has been riddle with many corrupt practices which have left many investors unable to retrieve their investment, while many court cases have been prolonged.

In a recent invitation by the EFCC to one Wisdom Kwati Smart City, a real estate company who allegedly sold landed properties to several clients but refused to allocate to them. 

Unconfirmed sources noted that the land in question is currently been sold by different owners which one Sahara properties. 

This development have left hundreds of clients in limbo, causing them to call for a refund of their money from the Chief Executive officer of the company, Wisdom Kwati. 

Meanwhile, Urban Trendies gather that one Tessy who was an agent with Wisdom Kwati was said to have about 40 clients whose investments are still hanging as at the time of filing this report.

Tessy in her Facebook disclaimer urge other clients to hult further investment with Wisdom Kwati until all monies refunded or reallocation concluded

Efforts to get Wisdom Kwati for response was proved abortive as he neither picked his calls nor respond to text message.
